Bishop Piché assists Archbishop John C. Nienstedt in his many responsibilities within the Archdiocese. As an Auxiliary Bishop, he is an ordinary minister of the Sacrament of Confirmation. As a Vicar General, he represents the Archbishop and has authority to make juridical decisions. He has also been appointed the Episcopal Vicar for the Cathedral of Saint Paul, with the responsibility of raising funds to ensure the Cathedral’s stability into the future. On most weekends he celebrates Masses in the parishes throughout the Archdiocese. He is also available for school Masses and other events during the week.
