Job Description: The custodian serves to insure a safe, clean, and efficient running plant by working with our Facility Manager in maintaining the buildings and grounds according to the standards of Maternity of Mary Church and MMSA School.
Qualifications: Candidate should demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn and take pride in their work. Knowledge in institutional cleaning, safe use of materials and general maintenance repairs and equipment. Ability to communicate positively and effectively and to work independently on routine assignments. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Work Commitment: Part-time (12 months; 20 hrs/wk) $14.50/hr.
