Coordination of Archdiocesan Services for Ministry

The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is prepared to assist both persons seeking employment and potential employers.

The offices listed under "Personnel Resources" are prepared to serve CANDIDATES for ministry positions by providing:

*  Assistance in assessing skills, preparation and suitability for ministry in the Archdiocese.

* Assistance with preparing resumes.

* Consultation about the interview process.

* Assistance in applying for openings.

* Referrals to appropriate Archdiocesan professional organizations.

The offices are also prepared to serve EMPLOYERS by providing:

* Assistance in needs assessment.

* Assistance in developing job descriptions.
