Attention Mentor Couples,

There has been a slight change in the requirements for a reduced fee marriage license. Though this may not affect you or the services your provide, we wanted to make you aware of it as well.

As of August 3rd, 2009:
- the reduced fee waiver must be printed on the Church's letterhead.
- the signature of the presider must be notarized.

Always remember, the "Educator" is the priest or deacon presiding at the wedding or responsible for the couples' preparation. The rest of us are his "designees" who perform certain portions of the preparation. The priest or deacon is the only one who can sign the reduced fee waiver.
