Monthly Prayer with Archbishop
nienstedt
First Sunday of Each Month
8:00 p.m. - 9:00
p.m.
In cooperation with St. Thomas University, Coadjutor Archbishop John Nienstedt will lead a “lectio divina” prayer session for college-age young men and women on the evening of the first Sunday of each month (excluding January) from October through next May. Lectio Divina is a method of prayer and scriptural reading intended to promote communion with God and to provide special spiritual insights. It is a way of praying with scripture that calls one to ponder, listen and, finally pray from God’s Word.
The prayer service will take place from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m at the Florence Chapel on the St. Thomas University campus in Saint Paul (Cleveland Avenue side.) A brief reception with refreshments will follow the service.

Volunteer List
Besides promoting organized service opportunities, we are correlating a volunteer list.
This list will be given to individuals within the Cathedral community when they contact
the Cathedral Young Adults looking for volunteers for a certain project ranging from
shoveling to helping with a parish event. If you are interested in being on this volunteer
list, please e-mail cya@cathedralsaintpaul.org with your name and phone number.
Young Adult Mass
We are inviting you to attend Mass at the parish where you are a member,
or if you are looking for a community to belong to, we encourage you to
attend Mass at the Cathedral. We have noticed a number of young adults at the
10:00 a.m. Mass, and to form community, coffee and donuts are served after the Mass
on the 1st Sunday of every month. On other Sunday's, you can bring a few
friends and go out for coffee or brunch after Mass!
