Natural Family Planning

Modern Natural Family Planning (NFP) is healthy, medically safe, reliable and easy to learn. An Archdiocesan NFP Board coordinates the promotion and understanding of the gifts of life, fertility, and sexuality. Five individual provider groups offer instruction (in the Ovulation or Sympto-Thermal methods of NFP) to the entire diocesan community and to people of all faiths with the hope of strengthening marriage and families.

We trust that our online NFP resources will be helpful.
