What follows are the operative Clergy Bulletins for the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Clergy Bulletins are particular law for this Archdiocese, issued by the Archbishop of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, the Most Reverend John C. Nienstedt, and his predecessors.

The Clergy Bulletins contain broad and comprehensive policies and procedures which are binding for all Archdiocesan entities. Archdiocesan entities include all Archdiocesan departments or offices, parishes, missions, chaplaincies, diocesan or consolidated schools, parochial schools, and institutions, whether separately incorporated or not. However, nothing herein shall be construed as effecting the separate corporate nature of any separately incorporated, affiliated entity.

Internal operating policies, practices, rules and procedures of individual entities shall not contradict the particular laws of this Archdiocese as contained in the Clergy Bulletins.
