Nature of the Organization's Work or Ministry:
We partner with Catholic institutions that want or need to save time, effort, and expenses when financing their building projects or refinancing or restructuring their existing loans. We provide expertise in capital project financing and loan collateralization, as well as assistance and guidance with cash flow management, budgeting, and operational issues. Target Audience: Parishes and schools in the Archdiocese with building projects, financing needs, or wanting operational assistance. |
