Target Audience:

  • We serve Catholic parish leaders including:  Pastors; staff; member-leaders (pastoral council, commission, committee leaders)

Potential Uses of the Institution:

We are a central resource that provides Catholic parish leaders with easy access to information, training, spiritual nourishment, and networking opportunities that support their roles in today's complex parish environment. The Center provides four primary areas of service:

  • Leadership Resources - Electronic and print resources that support parish leadership training, development and activity.
  • Leadership Empowerment - Training in leadership skills and practices that support effective parish leadership.
  • Spiritual Growth of Leaders - Opportunities for parish leaders that encourage and nourish life-long spiritual growth.
  • Networking of Leaders - Periodic parish leader gatherings that encourage leaders to know one another on a personal level, share their experience in a spirit of lifelong learning, and collaborate on key issues facing their parishes.
