Nature of Work

Apply Restorative Justice principles and values in these areas:

-Providing a safe environment in which conferencing can take  

  place which promotes healthy interaction/communication 

  between women & men incarcerated and their families;

-Using supportive, healing, understanding, and peacemaking 

  circles for healing family and community relationships; 

-In collaboration with school staff and faculty, continuing the 

  conflict management and mediation program which is best 

  suited to the educational community

People in the Twin Cities and surrounding area who would benefit from conferencing, or circles, or conflict resolution program.
