Because of the high volume of genealogy requests, the time it takes to complete them, and limited staff resources, response times may range from several weeks to a couple of months after payment is received. We will respond to you with the results of the research even if we do not find the record you were looking for. Thank you for understanding our limitations, while we continue to offer this service.
Please read the information found on the Genealogical Research page and the FAQs before submitting your request. Once your submission is reviewed, we will contact you to provide a link for completing the payment for your request, or to address any questions or concerns regarding your request. After the payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation of payment, and we will commence work on your request.
