Survey of Religious
Each year, the Delegate for Religious sends out a survey form that is to be completed by or for every individual member of a religious order or community who is currently living or serving in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. This information is used to communicate special events such as the celebration of World Day of Consecrated Life.
We prefer that you complete the survey online here.
As an alternative, you may download a pdf of the survey to fill out by hand and mail to us. In addition, we have available in pdf format instructions on completing the survey.

2010 Celebration of World Day of Consecrated Life and Jubliarians
The celebration of the World Day of Consecrated Life and Jubilarians will be held on Tuesday, Febraury 2, 2010 with Mass at 5:15 pm at the Cathedral of Saint Paul and a reception to follow at the Archbishop's residence.
