This year’s Archdiocesan Council of Catholic Women (ACCW) Convention theme, Missionary Disciples Reflecting God’s Joy, will set the tone for an optimum Convention experience.

University of St. Catherine President Rebecca Koenig Roloff will address “The Joy of Mission-Based Leadership: One Woman’s Story.” Anne Attea, Latino ministry associate at Ascension Catholic Church in Minneapolis, will speak of her work and insights on “Embracing our Immigrant Brothers and Sisters.” Amanda Virnig, clinical lab scientist, will talk about why she’s Catholic for life in “And the Truth Will Set You Free,” and Carrie Berran, Jr NBA Coach of the Year, will connect her coaching and faith perspectives in “Finding Life’s Purpose.”

Friday evening features Mass presided by Archbishop Bernard Hebda, the Installation of Officers ceremony and an Italian dinner banquet. Vicar General and Moderator of the Curia Father Charles Lachowitzer will celebrate Saturday morning Mass, present Lay Women Volunteer Awards and be the emcee during the salad luncheon.
