Please submit your event at least 4-6 weeks in advance of your event date.
Some general guidelines to consider before you submit an event:
Submitted events should be available to Catholics throughout the Archdiocese and designed to draw a large audience from outside the parish. Events must be related to the practice of the Catholic faith or sponsored by a Catholic institution, typically listed in The Minnesota Catholic Directory, published by The Catholic Spirit.
- Website Events Calendar: Events featuring well-known Catholic speakers, retreats and other ministry events of broad appeal are featured, alongside Archdiocesan events. . (Note: Events that are common to most parishes – such as Bible studies – do not qualify for this listing.)
- Bulletin Announcements: Events that promote fellowship/community events (socials, holiday bazaars, etc.) may be included. Other events, such as those featuring well-known Catholic speakers, retreats and other ministry events of broad appeal are also included, alongside Archdiocesan events. (Note: Events that are common to most parishes – such as Bible studies – do not qualify for this listing.) Submitted events are promoted beginning two months in advance of event date or registration deadline.
Events should take place within the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. However, regional events or events in neighboring dioceses may be considered.
Generally, submitted events should not charge more than a nominal fee (approximately $25). For events that are $25 or more, please contact Director of Communications Tom Halden to confirm approval to proceed, prior to submitting this form.
