The speaker, Leah Libresco Sargeant, is the author of The Dignity of Dependence, Arriving at Amen, and Building the Benedict Option. Her writing has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and First Things. She founded the Substack Other Feminisms and works on family policy in Washington, D.C.
Leah speaks from both expertise and experience, having walked through infertility and miscarriage, she asks how our longing for new life can be honored while upholding the dignity of every human person.
