La primera iglesia estaba ubicada en la esquina de la Calle 3 y la Avenida 15 NE, pero pronto se traslad\u00f3 a la Calle Principal, entre las Avenidas 10 y 11. Los sacerdotes benedictinos de la Abad\u00eda de San Juan, en Collegeville, atendieron a San Bonifacio durante la mayor parte de su historia, hasta el verano de 1998. La construcci\u00f3n de la iglesia actual comenz\u00f3 en 1899. La comunidad celebraba sus cultos en el s\u00f3tano \u2014\u201clas catacumbas\u201d, como muchos lo llamaban\u2014 hasta que se termin\u00f3 la iglesia superior en 1929.
