Su decisi\u00f3n se debe a una conducta indebida ocurrida hace muchos a\u00f1os, en la que no estuvieron involucrados miembros de ninguna de las parroquias en las que el padre Moudry ha prestado servicio. Dicha conducta indebida no supuso una violaci\u00f3n de la Carta para la Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1os y J\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>El padre Moudry es p\u00e1rroco de la iglesia de Santa Margarita Mar\u00eda en Golden Valley desde el a\u00f1o 2001.<\/p>\n<p>Durante su licencia, el P. Moudry no ejercer\u00e1 ning\u00fan ministerio p\u00fablico y colaborar\u00e1 con la Junta de Normas Ministeriales de la Arquidi\u00f3cesis, la cual formular\u00e1 recomendaciones tras una revisi\u00f3n de las acciones del P. Moudry.<\/p>\n<p>La Arquidi\u00f3cesis agradece la decisi\u00f3n del P.
