Hebda:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Agradezco que, desde el pasado mes de junio, exista un proceso estandarizado para investigar las denuncias contra un obispo. Ese proceso se sigui\u00f3 en la investigaci\u00f3n de la denuncia contra el obispo Michael Hoeppner, de la Di\u00f3cesis de Crookston. Varios laicos cualificados, entre ellos personal experimentado de la Oficina de Normas Ministeriales y Entorno Seguro de la Arquidi\u00f3cesis, llevaron a cabo la investigaci\u00f3n. Otros expertos laicos externos, entre ellos un miembro de la Junta de Revisi\u00f3n Ministerial y un juez jubilado del Tribunal Supremo de Minnesota, les prestaron su ayuda. La semana pasada, present\u00e9 mi informe sobre el obispo Hoeppner a la Congregaci\u00f3n para los Obispos en Roma. Dicho informe incluye toda la informaci\u00f3n recopilada durante la investigaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como res\u00famenes, an\u00e1lisis, conclusiones y recomendaciones. La resoluci\u00f3n final de este asunto se determinar\u00e1 en Roma.
