Hoeppner, hab\u00eda incurrido en \u201cactos u omisiones destinados a interferir o evitar investigaciones civiles o can\u00f3nicas sobre conducta sexual inapropiada por parte del clero\u201d, tal y como prescribe el motu proprio., <em>Vos estis lux mundi<\/em>.
