The Office of Parish and Clergy Services works to understand and resource parishes and their leaders to meet the emerging needs of the Church. The office serves pastors, staff, and parishioners seeking assistance in the Archdiocese if they do not know where to start. OPCS takes a positive and proactive approach to the needs of parishes, focusing on assisting them in living out their mission of sharing the love of God. The guiding vision of strategic planning is that the archdiocese will have competent leadership in place to assure full sacramental access for all in the archdiocese, with special consideration being given to the poor, marginalized and immigrants. Recommendations will be mission-driven, financially sustainable, discerned based on prayer and the guiding principles given by the archbishop, and offered in a spirit of respect, honesty and openness.
