En Safe Environment Plan sets forth the undertakings of the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis (as of January 27, 2020), in connection with the conclusion of the Ramsey County Settlement Agreement.
The Safe Environment plan outlines the commitment of the Archdiocese to continue its ongoing efforts to improvements in the areas of:

- Policies and Codes of Conduct

- Required Training

Comité de Revisión Ministerial
The Ministerial Review Board (MRB) was implemented upon the recommendation of the Grupo de trabajo sobre seguridad medioambiental y normas ministeriales (See Section 2, Recommendation 2 of the Report and Recommendations of the Task Force).
MRB members have experience in the private sector, public sector and with non-profits, including in the areas of supervision, risk-management, education, public safety, victim advocacy, prevention of sexual abuse, employment law, human relations, management, insurance and religion. Several have personal or professional experience with victims of violence and abuse, including child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. The board consists of 7 to 10 members. All members have signed a Confidentiality Agreement and are bound not to disclose file materials, MRB deliberations or recommendations.
