Final de la vida

Created in the image and likeness of God, every person is unique and special. Each of us has a responsibility to God, to self and to others to nurture, protect and sustain life at all stages. As stated in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (2276), “Those whose lives are diminished or weakened deserve special respect. Sick or handicapped persons should be helped to lead lives as normal as possible.” The Minnesota Catholic Conference provides resources related to end of life issues and decisions, including Health Care Directives. Access a Catholic Health Care Directive and other resources on the Sitio web de la Conferencia Católica de Minnesota and find additional information below.
