Epiphany began in 1964, when Fr. Bernard Reiser was appointed founding pastor. The first parish buildings, including the church (later the school gym), twelve classrooms, convent, and parish office, were dedicated in 1967. The present church was completed in 1984. It is connected by a foyer to the school, offices, convent, and rectory. In 1994, the Epiphany Pines Senior Apartments were completed, which are also attached to the church. Meeting rooms, a chapel for perpetual adoration, a gift shop, and a cemetery complete the large 72-acre complex. Epiphany began with 200 families, and by 2000 had more than 5,000 families (more than 20,000 individual members!).
