Holy Family started as a mission of St. Joseph (Hopkins) in 1922. The first Mass was offered in a storefront near the old post office. A frame church was built in 1926. In 1951, the school building was completed which included a chapel/auditorium. The present church was designed in the English Gothic style and completed in 1961. In 1992, Holy Family started one of the earliest chapels in the Archdiocese for perpetual adoration of the Holy Eucharist. The parish is also known for being one of the first to promote “Divine Mercy Sunday” devotions and for its sacred music program. In 2020, a long-awaited school gymnasium and classroom addition was built.
