For Events Taking Place July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027:

Please use the form below to request participation of Archbishop Hebda, Bishop Izen and/or Bishop Kenney for your event. This form should be used only for events taking place July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027. Please fill out one form per event request. Please be sure all required form fields are completed.

If this request is submitted by April 1, 2026 (the deadline for events occurring between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027), you will receive a response to your request following the Annual Bishops’ Review, beginning in May 2026. If your request is received after the deadline, it will be reviewed in the order received once the Annual Bishops’ Review has been completed.

Once the request is submitted successfully, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. (If you do not receive an email confirmation, your request may not have been received.)
