Disclosures Regarding Clergy Sexual Abuse of Minors

In the interest of accountability, the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis maintains a list of names of individuals against whom there is a substantiated claim of abusing a minor. The list is divided according to whether the alleged abuse took place within our archdiocese or outside of the archdiocese. A substantiated claim is one for which sufficient evidence exists to establish reasonable grounds to believe that the alleged abuse occurred.

Below is a list of names of against whom there is a substantiated claim of sexual abuse of a minor within the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. A substantiated claim is one for which sufficient evidence exists to establish reasonable grounds to believe that the abuse occurred.

  Individual included on John Jay Commission list with unsubstantiated claims

  The following individual was on the list provided to the Jay College of Criminal Justice for its report on The Nature and Scope of Sexual Abuse of Minors by Catholic Priests and Deacons in the United States 1950-2002. However internal and independent investigation has thus far been unable to substantiate claims of sexual abuse of a minor against this individual.
