“He Opened the Book:” Scriptural Moments in Celano’s Life of St. Francis.
Conference sessions will center around four significant moments in which Francis reads or hears the Gospel in the First and Second Books of Celano. The Friends of Francis Retreat is open to anyone with a heart for Saint Francis and Franciscan Spirituality. Presented by Bro. Ian. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, and Master’s degrees in Pastoral Ministry and Theology with a concentration in Biblical Study.
