All day event with Dr. Mark Giszczak, professor of Sacred Scripture at the Saint Paul Seminary. Topics include “The Sacred Fire of the Temple Altar.” In the ancient tabernacle, the priests were commanded by God to keep a fire perpetually burning night and day on the altar. But why? Jesus comes to “baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire,” but what does that mean? and “St. Elena Guerra: Apostle of the Holy Spirit” – Newly canonized in 2024, a model for our devotion to the promise of Pentecost.
