Archbishop Bernard Hebda has announced the following appointments in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:
Effective June 1, 2026
Deacon Robert Bramwell, granted the status of a retired deacon. Deacon Bramwell has served the Archdiocese as a permanent deacon since his ordination in 1991, primarily at the Church of Saint Joseph in New Hope.
Reverend Bryan Pedersen, assigned as temporary parochial administrator of the Church of the Sacred Heart in Robbinsdale while the newly incoming parochial administrator, Reverend Paul Hedman, is fulfilling miliary service until August 15, 2026.
Effective July 15, 2026
Reverend Godfred Akwasi Owusu, granted faculties of the Archdiocese and assigned as parochial vicar of the Church of Our Lady of Grace in Edina. Father Owusu is a priest of the Diocese of Konogo-Mampong in Ghana.
Effective August 1, 2026
Reverend Nathan Hastings, released from his assignment as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Michael in Saint Michael to serve as chaplain for the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul.
