Archbishop Bernard Hebda has announced the following appointments in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:
Effective April 23, 2026
Reverend Aric Aamodt, assigned as chaplain for the Archdiocesan Catholic Committee on Scouting. This is in addition to his assignment as chaplain for Holy Family Catholic High School in Victoria.
Reverend Michael Panka, assigned as chaplain for the North Minneapolis Serra Club. This is in addition to his current assignment as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Odilia in Shoreview.
Effective April 24, 2026
Reverend Marcel Okwara, assigned as chaplain for the Catholic Women’s Association of Cameroon-Minnesota Chapter. This is in addition to his current assignment as pastor of the Church of Saint Bridget in Minneapolis.
Reverend Steven Urban, C.Ss.R., assigned as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Alphonsus in Brooklyn Center. Father Urban was ordained to the priesthood on April 18, 2026.
