Archbishop Bernard Hebda has announced the following appointments in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis:
Effective October 2, 2026
Deacon Steven Moses, assigned to exercise the ministry of a permanent deacon at the Church of Saint John Neumann in Eagan. Deacon Moses has returned to ministry after residing outside the the Archdiocese.
Reverend Francis Ta, CRM, assigned as sacramental minister for DeLaSalle High School in Minneapolis. This is in addition to his current assignment as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Anne-Saint Joseph Hien in Minneapolis.
