Effective December 19, 2025
Reverend Touchard Tignoua Goula, assigned as chaplain to the West African Francophone community of the Archdiocese. This is in addition to his current assignment as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Odilia in Shoreview.
Effective January 15, 2026
Reverend Francis Tan Tien Ta, CRM, granted faculties of the Archdiocese and assigned as parochial vicar of the Church of Saint Anne-Saint Joseph Hien in Minneapolis. Father Francis is a priest of the Congregation of the Mother of the Redeemer.
