Please join Archbishop Hebda Tuesday, July 19 at 10 a.m. to honor the generous donation by James and Florence Trainor that enabled the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis to purchase 777 Forest Street. Hebda: In the aftermath of Tuesday's horrific shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, the Catholic bishops of Minnesota have asked Governor Walz and legislative leaders from both parties to call for a special session to pass Safe Schools legislation that stalled during the recently-ended 2022 Session.

The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis has opened an investigation after receiving an allegation that Deacon Martin Jaques, a retired deacon of the Archdiocese, engaged in offensive conduct with a minor in the early 2000s. The Archdiocese notified law enforcement, which declined to further investigate the case.
