Tyler died in a car crash just nine months later (March 7, 2014). Despite the tragedy that Deb has experienced, she has learned to keep her gaze on God who has born beauty from her pain. Deb is the founder of
KT Humble Hearts Foundation which funds scholarships, the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota, as well as grieving families and community cohesion events.
