The Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is appearing in Ramsey County District Court at 9:00 a.m. today for a progress report on the Civil Settlement Agreement reached with the Ramsey County Attorney last December. At the hearing, the Archdiocese will provide verification that it has made significant progress in implementing protocols, policies and procedures that protect children.

Part of the previously-scheduled civil hearing may include a development in the criminal case also brought against the Archdiocese in June of 2015.

Archbishop Bernard A. Hebda and other members of the Archdiocesan leadership team will speak with the media at the Hayden Center shortly after the conclusion of the hearing (roughly 30 minutes or so).
