Stewardship is more than giving a few moments of spare time or some spare change to someone in need. It is truly a journey of discovery and conversion starting with the individual who asks, “Who am I? Why am I here? Where am I going? What can I do to make a difference? How am I called by God?” As more and more individual stewards reach out to one another, the entire community of faith can be transformed, and together we can build vibrant and engaged parishes embracing Stewardship as a Way of Life.
Stewardship Tools for Parishes
The Parish Stewardship Toolkit provides a guideline of helpful teaching principles of Christian stewardship and tools to grow stewardship as a way of life in our homes, our parishes and throughout the local Church.
The Archdiocesan Stewardship Committee is comprised of Stewardship experts who support the work of individual parish stewardship committees throughout the diocese. Members are available to help a parish implement a stewardship committee or reinvigorate a current committee’s efforts with new ideas and programs. Committee Members are also available to visit parish committee meetings. To learn more or contact the committee, contact Tom Remmel
