January 14, 2015 - By virtue of an agreement reached between Jeff Anderson and Associates and the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis in the Doe 1 case, the files of seven current or former priests previously assigned to the Archdiocese have been unsealed.

Today, a Ramsey County jury found Rev. Mark Huberty not guilty of sexual misconduct charges. A woman made these allegations against him last year. Rev. Huberty has been on leave from active ministry since September 2013, when the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis first learned of the allegations.

November 13, 2014 - Documents from the priest file of Donald Dummer provided to Jeff Anderson and Associates by the archdiocese under a court order earlier this year were released today by Jeff Anderson and Associates. This release is in the interest of public disclosure and transparency.

October 26, 2014 - At the request of the Clergy Review Board back in June, I temporarily removed Deacon Joseph Damiani from ministry while an investigation was reopened regarding a previous allegation of a sexual abuse of a minor.
