Cardinal Kurt Koch, Prefect for the Dicastery for the Promotion of Christian Unity, Vatican City State, will be the celebrant for the All Souls’ Day Mass at St. Agnes in St. Paul. This Mass, which features Mozart’s Requiem, is presented by the Twin Cities Catholic Chorale and Orchestra.
