National Eucharistic Pilgrimage: Marian Route

Departing from the headwaters of the Mississippi, the northern arm of the Pilgrimage will descend through the midwestern United States, pass through Wisconsin and Illinois, and meet up with the other three Pilgrimage routes in Indianapolis at the 10th National Eucharistic Congress.

All members of the public who join segments of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage are responsible for their own transportation, food and lodging. Please note that due to safety and the distance that the pilgrims have to cover in a short amount of time, some walking segments aren’t open to the public and there are some significant sections of driving. Locations are subject to change.

Full Marian Route of the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage

Dates: May 19-July 16

Starting on Pentecost Sunday, May 19, four processions starting at different locations around the country will begin, concluding at the Eucharistic Congress July 16. The route coming through the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis is the Marian route.

The procession departs from the headwaters of the Mississippi, the northern arm of the Pilgrimage will descend through the midwestern United States, pass through Wisconsin and Illinois, and meet up with the other three Pilgrimage routes in Indianapolis at the 10th National Eucharistic Congress.
