I. Objetivo
This policy states the requirement for a school seeking to be recognized as a Catholic School in the Archdiocese.
II. Definiciones
“Archbishop” means means the sitting Archbishop of St. Paul and Minneapolis ( or the appointed Apostolic Administrator).
"Archidiócesis" means that certain corporate entity formed, maintained and existing under Minnesota Section 315 .16 with the Minnesota Business Name: “The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis”.
"Escuela" significa una escuela primaria o una escuela secundaria dentro del territorio de la Archidiócesis que está reconocida por la Archidiócesis como católica.
III. Política
The Archbishop is the competent ecclesiastical authority to designate a school as Catholic in the Archdiocese. All schools seeking to be recognized as a Catholic School in the Archdiocese are required to follow the Process for the Establishment of New Catholic Schools de acuerdo con la Oficina para la Misión de la Educación Católica.
